h	No subcontracted work allowed
h	Operations that exceed 72 feet (6 stories) in height
h	Fire & Water restoration operations
h	Hired/Non-Owned Auto Liability Coverage
h	Mobile Home Set Up and Installation
h	Mowing or Tree Trimming alongside streets, highways or roads
h	Plastering/Stucco Operations

A Power Washing Contractor (99952) is in the business of cleaning various surfaces using power washing equipment, spraying water based cleaning solution at no more than 3,000 PSI.  Acceptable operations include the cleaning of parking lots, sidewalks, other concrete or asphalt surfaces and exterior buildings including roofs and gutters (commercial & existing residential).

Prohibited Exposures:

h	Operations that exceed 36 feet (3 stories) in height
h	Hired/Non-Owned Auto Liability Coverage
h	Chemical or non-water based cleaning solutions
h	Spray devices spraying at over 3,000 PSI
