Paul Nowak, a principal of Alexander Morford & Woo, Inc., is the Manager of the Executive Liability Department in Seattle, WA.  Since joining AMW in 1996, Paul has been an integral part of the firm.  His team specializes in the analysis, design and placement of the following coverages for publicly traded, privately held and non-profit organizations: Directors' & Officers' (D&O) Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Representations & Warranties, Kidnap & Ransom, Crime and Fiduciary Liability.

In addition to his management responsibilities, Paul continues to actively handle coverage placements for large, publicly traded companies.  He is known in the industry for his skill in identifying the nuances between different policy forms and for partnering with his retail agents in the sales process.  Paul’s expertise helps his retail agents compete against firms with in-house D&O specialists.  Further, his previous experience on the insurance company side aids him in assembling quality submissions for his underwriters which result in superlative insurance programs for clients.

Paul is the Past President and a current member of the Northwest Chapter of Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) Steering Committee.  He received his Bachelor's degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  An all-around sports fan, Paul enjoys golfing, biking and traveling.
