Description:
Alexander Morford & Woo, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual for the position
of Associate Broker in our Casualty Department. Must have strong technology
skills, coverage knowledge, and negotiation skills for our quick paced team
environment. Key attributes for this position include amazing customer service
skills; able to multi-task, both with various AMW brokers and assignments; able
to work with different personalities and styles; solution provider, will be able
to answer retailers questions and close out items; anticipate future challenges
and resolve them before they happen; able to set priorities; quick learner;
linear thinker and a creative thinker. Must be able to excel in a team
environment with the ability to work independently. Must possess strong
communication skills. Excellent compensation, benefit and bonus plan. Requires a
minimum of three to five years experience.
