Janitorial Services - Commercial Liability

This product targets risks that perform interior cleaning of Office, Residential or Mercantile properties.  Rates are based on slot rate basis on number of full-time employees and part-time employees.  We automatically include a number of coverages vital to the Janitorial Service Industry such as Contractors Equipment, Rental Reimbursement, Lost Key Coverage and a Property Damage Extension.  We also offer an option Non-Owned Auto Liability.

Hit Zone:

h	Up to 10 employees
h	Up to $250,000 in annual sales
h	No floor waxing operations
h	No losses/claims incurred in the past three (3) years

Eligible Risks:

Includes all of the above characteristics except where amended below:

h	Up to 30 employees
h	Up to $1,000,000 in annual sales
h	Up to 50% of the operations dedicated to Floor Waxing
h	No more than two (2) losses or claims (excluding closed without payment) incurred in the past three (3) years

Ineligible Risks:

h	Operations at locations other than Residential, Mercantile and Office locations
h	Operations at locations that are not closed for business
h	Risks that perform Ice or Snow treatment/removal
h	Risks that subcontract more than 25% of their annual sales
h	Risks that operate in Buses, Trains or Airplanes or in Terminals/Stations
h	Any risk that handles Infectious Waste or Hazardous Materials
h	Risks that have exterior operations over 3 stories
h	Any sales of products under their own name or label

	-	Contractor’s Equipment Floater: Blanket Limit $10,000, Any One Item $2,500, Deductible $500

Available Limits:

h	Customer Authority - up to $1,000,000 occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate
h	Additional limits up to $5,000,000 are available within your authority via our GoldCUP Umbrella Product or Excess Liability Product

Required Application:

h	Our Janitorial Services Application (JSA) —This is a Warranty Application and must be signed by an owner or officer of the company within 21 days of binding
h	Representation of incurred loss experience for the past three (3) years
