Alexander Morford & Woo, a Seattle
based Wholesale Insurance Broker, is seeking a User Support Specialist.
The User Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting employees with
software and hardware computer needs. This includes a wide range of
job duties from basic computer knowledge, installation of programs, phone
set up, and answering questions on applications and programs.
Key Duties of the User Support Specialist include:

Performing day to day client
monitoring and incident closure |
| ●
|
Working with employees in
person, over the phone, and via email to troubleshoot and resolve
desktop issues |
| ●
|
Troubleshooting and
resolving common end user issues (MS Office, missing files, error
messages, etc.) |
| ●
|
Managing user and computer
accounts, email, policies, & permissions via active directory |
| ●
|
Building / rebuilding PC’s
manually (install OS and all software) |
Required Skills:
| ●
|
1-3 years experience
supporting a Microsoft Windows PC environment |
| ●
|
Working knowledge of Windows
2000 and XP in a domain environment |
| ●
|
Exceptional internal and
external customer service skills |
| ●
|
Excellent verbal and written
communication |
| ●
|
Above average knowledge and
familiarity using and managing Active Directory |
| ●
|
Experience with and strong
knowledge of MS Office (through current release) |
| ●
|
The ability to prioritize,
work independently, and work with others in a team environment |
