Craig Day
WA Casualty Manager
Craig Day is a Principal of Alexander Morford & Woo, Inc. and manages the Casualty Department at the Seattle home office. His department handles traditional casualty lines as well as esoteric or hard-to-place General Liability, Product Liability, Excess Liability and Professional Liability. Craig also manages the Underwriting Unit which has in-house binding authorities to cover a wide range of Property & Casualty exposures. Under Craig’s expert guidance the AMW Casualty Team has added numerous specialty markets to handle virtually any type of insurable exposure.During a diverse industry career that began in 1986, Craig has handled everything from “enterprise” risk management accounts for Marsh, to underwriting small packages, to a stint at Lloyd’s of London. Craig graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and holds a license as Surplus Lines Broker. In his personal time, Craig describes himself as a “Sun Valley ski bum.”
