Peggy joined Alexander Morford & Woo, Inc. in 2002 and became a Principal in 2007. She began her insurance industry career in 1976, working for Pemco Insurance Company in customer service. Subsequently, she joined Kibble & Prentice, serving as their Operations Manager. She later went on to Willis of North America where she was Vice President of Operations.

Peggy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, cum laude, from Central Washington University and holds the distinction of being a C.P.C.U. (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter). In addition, she holds a CPA license in accounting and is past President of the NW Ascnet Group (Applied Systems User Group). In her spare time, Peggy's interests include skiing and gardening.
